1. Scope of Application

 

These Terms and Conditions apply to all services offered via the website of Metes.Readings.

  • Yoga sessions

  • Kirtan events

  • Astrological consultations

  • Tarot readings

Services may take place either in person or online (e.g., via Zoom).

By booking a service, the client agrees to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Conclusion of Contract

​

A contract is concluded as soon as:

  • an appointment has been agreed via the website, email, or message, and

  • payment has been confirmed or a binding appointment has been made.

Metes.Readings reserves the right to decline requests without providing a reason.

3. Description of Services

​

The services offered are intended for spiritual, personal, and energetic guidance.

Astrology and tarot readings do not constitute medical, psychological, therapeutic, legal, or financial advice.

All statements and interpretations are made to the best of knowledge and belief, but without any guarantee regarding specific outcomes or developments.

All decisions remain the sole responsibility of the client.

4. Prices and Payment Terms

​

Prices for services are communicated on the website or during appointment scheduling.

The following payment methods are accepted:

  • PayPal

  • Bank transfer

  • Cash (for in-person sessions)

Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due in advance.

5. Appointments and Cancellation Policy

​

Scheduled appointments are binding.

Free cancellation or rescheduling is possible up to 48 hours before the agreed appointment.

For later cancellations or no-shows, no refund will be issued.

Metes.Readings reserves the right to reschedule or cancel appointments for important reasons. In such cases, an alternative appointment will be offered or any payment made will be refunded.

6. Online Sessions

​

Online sessions may be conducted via platforms such as Zoom.

The client is responsible for ensuring:

  • a stable internet connection

  • the necessary software is installed

Metes.Readings is not liable for technical issues on the client’s side.

7. Liability

​

Participation in yoga sessions is at the client’s own risk.

The client confirms that they are physically and mentally fit to participate in the offered activities.

Metes.Readings is not liable for:

  • health issues resulting from improper execution of exercises

  • decisions made based on tarot or astrological consultations

8. Data Protection

​

Personal data is used solely for appointment organization and communication.

Further information can be found in the website’s privacy policy.

9. Copyright

​

All content on the website, including texts, images, and materials, is protected by copyright.

Any reproduction, publication, or use without the explicit consent of Metes.Readings is prohibited.

10. Final Provisions

​

The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply.

Place of jurisdiction, where legally permissible, is Munich.

Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions be wholly or partially invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
